Now i know its alot of hip hop haters, but I was looking at this jay z article and he named his top 5 songs. It was weird because none of the songs were rap songs and In a way he could be on the right track, seeing as how hip hop just started in the 80s.
However, after listening to New York State of Mind by Nas, im convinced that this is one of the best songs ever written. If I were to make a list of top 10 songs from all genres, NY State Of mind would surely be in there.
