First of all, I like Mona as character. She is the only one who had the "balls" to reject Quinn and Stephen when she realized how "the restaurant" worked. DPC was a asshole when he got rid of her but I understand it can be necessary for the plot (I had made some plot twist to save her, but DPC sometimes lacks imagination)
So, Do I want Mona returning? Hell, yes. Mona being plotting all this time against Quinn and Stephen can be a good cliffhanger for the end of season 3. But, let's be honest, Can you imagine DPC creating another path for her? Right now we have paths for Bella, Jill, Maya&Josy, Sage, Jade, Quinn, Riona, Lily, Nicole and Nora, some very likely paths like Zoey, Maya (single) and Josy (single) and other girls with some options like Camila
So MiltonPowers don't hate me, you should hate DPC

Well obviously winning it gets you an extra $10 towards the windows, providing you sell the VIP ticket. Which helps towards the windows. As above if you don't make it Rusty has to sell his car.
It's still doable even if you loose hell week or even use the ticket, it's just harder
