So, I tried walking back the way I came, gun in hand obviously. But then I saw a faint green glow in the distance. My heart skipped a beat, and I was terrified. However, in that moment of panic, Rose's stone started glowing green and my senses changed.

First my sight, where I was able to see clearly in front of me regardless of the void's darkness. I could also see what was approaching me in the vast distance, two other hooded figures, one with another stone.

Second was my hearing, despite the distance, I could clearly hear them talking about an 'unknown disturbance', indicating to me that they aren't aware of what transpired.

My senses of smell, touch, and even taste simultaneously were heightened as well, but what was the most surprising was only what I could call a 6th sense. I could 'feel' the presence of the approaching cultists. Gauge roughly how far away they were even. It was strange, but certainly useful in this situation. Though I must use it sparingly. Very straining and painful to use.

I was forced to run back, deeper into the Void. But the further I went, the more cultists I could 'feel' around me. Somehow though, they didn't seem to lock onto me. It was like I was invisible to them. Is this a quirk of this particular stone? Questions for later. I didn't get any sleep last night, so I will need to get some tonight. Already running on fumes as it is. Just wish I wasn't in such a fucked up situation.

But as I try to settle down and calm my mind by drawing and writing, I still can't clear my head of everything that transpired. I think it's obvious there is no Foundry exit here, Rose fabricated everything just to get me alone. But he wouldn't throw away his duty as a Quincy for this, he must've had a lead elsewhere.

Remembering back, he mentioned two other void escape routes. One on the 3rd level, another under STEEL control. If one of those is the actual escape route, it's possible I might encounter that fucker again. But for now, I need to get away from these cultists.
