• Delete per NOM. Many in the list are lifted from a dead link source (Ref 2) that had a similar list but not purporting to be sources of Korean culinary history, more along the lines of 'here is a list of early cookbooks, and since women were the ones who traditionally cooked, we can learn about the home life of women from them', which is not really the same thing as culinary history.
