Maybe she did, but there's no evidence of it, which undermines the original commenters opinion. As far as this game is concerned, she's not having sex with a lot of guys, so her missing out Ian is not such a big deal. Even if Ian isn't there with the others, we still get some visual evidence of it. But with Ivy we get nothing. So from the perspective of this game, it never happened.

Could also be that the messages the characters send in the game are through an app, a WhatsApp equivalent or some such. I think arguments could be made for both instances. We don't have definitive proof for either yet. Though a small detail, it could possibly be expanded on in later chapters. Or not.

You can message people on social media, just like Ian got Ivys contact without her knowlegde. Louise browsed the internet, was bored, lonely and horny, hence she texted Ian. Keep in mind that Louise is a loyal friend. She couldn't steal from anyone. It's not in her character.

Lust Campus was promising but it got wrecked when the artist (drawer) abandoned the game for personal reasons. The writer (a pal of Evakiss if I remeber correctly) got another artist to re-draw all the first chapters but it took a lot of time and now the project seems stuck.
There's BunnyDevil with Unholy Angel: Wedding Adventures trying to get going replicating the exact same style as the first GGGB. I didn't palyed it yet but you can give it a try.

It depends how high Wits and Charisma are as well. If you make less choices for them and more for Lust, then it's probably possible to achieve that. Yes, it changes if Holly practices pole dancing with Ivy and Lena for a while. Some characters in the game have reactions and comment on it as well.
Normally yes, this is true, but at the same time most of opportunities for Lust gains are in sexual situations or sex-adjacent dialogues, so actual "goody two shoes Lena" who didn't get many of those wouldn't be able to raise the attribute all that high.
