A really interesting start!

I have no idea how the player is meant to solve the clown maze. Curious on the intended solution. 6 from the corpse in first place, 5 from the paper in some place, and the 4 ghosts in some place was as far as I got. Zero idea what the screwdriver was for. Can the player get into the center room?
You may strongly consider adding the NTR tag. Even if there is nothing major, it's all optional, or the characters aren't in love so it isn't actually NTR, a particular cadre will raise absolute hell about it. Having Rose strip was incredibly hot in both cases but some people will get very, very upset. Even more so for what happens with Emily. If nothing else, the tag will allow more leeway with erotica.
If reasonable, avoid updates focusing on one girl at a time. It's always annoying when one character is story complete and another has no scenes. The people who like either have no reason to stick around. At the same time, don't avoid progress to keep things "equal".
Options to hide the dialogue box and back out of the chat menu would be great.
If there are more companions, some level catch-up or equalizing may be a good idea.
Chat unavoidably triggering side-quests can be annoying. If some side-quests will require Affection or Lewdness not being able to gift might be an issue.
The photography quest doesn't appear to check for Lewdness. (Which was great this release since the quest appears immediately and raising Lewdness takes forever. I'm not sure you even can get mid-lewdness in this version.)
Main objectives don't get marked as completed in the quest log.
Seeing your current items owned in shops would be nice.
The expeditions were surprisingly enjoyable, if in a casual distraction sort of way. Does get a bit grindy.
The sigil explosions on some maps can hit the player while in the power-up slot machine.
Avoid making the school map overly large. Traveling between the Occult Room and the Janitor can get tedious.
The 'sleeping through class' scene gets repetitive.
Player can't explore at night, but can teleport to the Janitor, leave, and then walk around as if it were day, including Rose and Lisa being back in the Occult Room.

Overall it was refreshingly enjoyable.
