You can change your sig in your profile, under forum settings.
To display an image you just put the link in image tags, like this: [img,]http://i.imgur.com/ZbGQMI4.png[/img,]
You could put center tags too, if you want it centered, like this: [center,][img,]http://i.imgur.com/ZbGQMI4.png[/img,][/center,]
(without the commas in the tags though, I just put them there so the tag shows up as text instead of code)

It won't work until they re-enable the [img] tags though, and who knows how long that will be. Here's the topic regarding that:

Sure, if you give me an image and tell me how you want it. But keep in mind that you can't change to an image sig at the moment, since the [img] tags are disabled.

It's nothing fancy. I just loaded a screenshot into GIMP, cropped it, added a text layer on top, and colored it white where the dark background is.

Drums are also a good choice. Bass is easy once you learn how to play guitar.
I never really listened to black metal, apart from melodic/symphonic variations of the genre (Dimmu Borgir for example). As for folk, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter and Haggard are the ones coming to mind right now. I do enjoy lots of shitty quality metal as well, but I don't really care about that :)
